Mildred S. (Fletcher) Hajducko, 96, of Allentown, passed away December 26, 2024. She was the wife of the late Andrew Hajducko. They were married for 51 years in 2007. Mildren was born in NJ in April 1928, raised in Milton, PA, and graduated from Lewisburg High School in 1946. She attended Northampton Community College in Northampton, MA, while taking care of her grandparents in Amherst, MA. She was the daughter of the late Margaret (Fish) and Francis Fletcher. She worked as a bookkeeper and billing clerk in the offices of Lehigh Safety Shoe Co., Meyer and Sheldon Mehrman and Wrights Knit Wear all in Allentown, PA. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Slovak Catholic Church.
Survivors: daughter Andrea Hajducko of Allentown, PA, sister Linda Hayward of CA, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers Edward and Thomas, sisters Eleanor Strauss, Dorothy Burr, Ruth Miner, Barbara Lindstrom, Nancy and Judith Fletcher.
A Calling Time will be held on Tuesday, December 31st 10-11AM with a Service at 11AM all in Kohut Funeral Home, Inc. 950 N. Front St. Allentown, PA 18102. Burial to follow in Cedar Hill Memorial Park.

Dolores Hoffert
Dolores E. (Jones) Hoffert, 90, of Bethlehem, passed away August 29, 2024. She was the loving wife of the late George W. Hoffert Jr. Born in Danielsville, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Chaffrey (Kocher) Jones. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors: children- Debra Patton and husband Ron of Bethlehem, Randy Hoffert of Bethlehem, Kathy Walker and husband George of NC, Krisann Szvetecz and husband Philip of Bethlehem; grandchildren- Michael and Matthew Patton, Jordan Hoffert, Skylar and Hailey Szvetecz; great grandchildren- Ryleigh and Quinlee Patton, Ariella Ritter; sister- Jean Holzinger. She was predeceased by her sister- Betty Neith.

Barbara Holscher
Barbara D. (Crowther) Holscher, 89, of Coopersburg, passed away February 19, 2024. She was the loving wife of the late Harry A. Holscher. Born in San Francisco, CA she was the daughter of the late Saville and Pearl (Nelson) Crowther. She had worked for a few years as an x-ray technician for Quakertown Hospital and then helped her husband with running the Tumblebrook Golf Course in Coopersburg. Barb then worked parttime for Rob-Win Press. She was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church in Richlandtown. She was previously an Eastern Star and had volunteered for the Coopersburg Ambulance Corp for over 10 years. Barb enjoyed doing puzzles and working in her garden, especially her flowers. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors: daughters- Sue Deprill (Chuck), Karen Murnane; grandchildren- Michael and Aidan; great grandchildren- Mason, Gavin, Jackson and Bryson; son-in-law- William Murnane; sisters- Janet Sacks, Judy Weider (Ronnie); nieces and nephews- Michael Sacks (Vicki), Jamie Hubner (Phil), Rod Weider (Becky), Andrea Browne (Rick). She was predeceased by her grandson- Corey Deprill.
A calling time will be held on Friday, February 23rd 10-11AM with a funeral service to follow at 11AM in Kohut Funeral Home, Inc. 950 N. Front St. Allentown, PA 18102. Burial to follow in St. Pauls Blue Church Cemetery, Coopersburg.

Gisela Husek
Gisela C. (Wenning) Husek, 87, of Allentown, passed away January 28, 2024 in Holy Family Manor. She was the wife of the late Stefan Husek. Born in Duisburg, Germany she was the daughter of the late Wilhelm and Sophie (Lutz) Wenning. Gisela was a member of St. John the Baptist Slovak Catholic Church and their Auxiliary and Prime Time Group. She enjoyed attending church bus trips, pinching pierogies, cooking and baking. Gisela also enjoyed swimming and was a water aerobics instructor at Cedar Beach. She loved to travel, sewing and most of all spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors: son- Richard and his wife Jill Husek; daughters- Petra Radcliffe, Sonia Steward, Maryann Kloiber and her husband Steve, Terry Ward and her husband Ray; 13 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brother- Helmut Wenning; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brothers- Horst and Wilhelm Wenning.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 1st 10:30AM-12PM with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 12PM all in St. John the Baptist Slovak Catholic Church 924 N. Front St. Allentown, PA 18102. Burial to follow in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.

Clair Haupt
Clair E. Haupt, 95, of Bethlehem, passed away June 5, 2023. He was the loving husband of the late Agnes M. (Klementovich) Haupt. Born in Mahoning Twp, he was the son of the late William O. and Mabel F. (Bonser) Haupt. Clair served in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force during WWII and the Korean War. He worked for many years as a Safety Coordinator. Clair enjoyed fishing and watching NASCAR. He will be deeply missed.
Survivors: children- Edward Haupt and his wife Kerry, Barbara Beamer and husband William, Marcella Santiago and husband Blas; grandchildren- Edward D., Zachary, Matthew, Michael, Haley, Daniel, Andrew, Joshua and Justin; great grandson- Jackson.

Doris Hunsicker
Doris Ann Hunsicker, 85, of Allentown, passed away May 7, 2023. Born in Allentown she was the daughter of the late Anna (Svitilla) Ramonis. Doris was a member of St. Mary’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors: 2 sons, 3 grandchildren, 2 sisters, 6 nieces and nephews.

Valentina Hafner
Valentina “Tina” M. (Hurban) Hafner, 90, of Germansville, passed away December 1, 2022. She was the wife of the late Joseph A. Hafner. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Cihlarik) Hurban. Tina worked as a Registered Nurse for Sacred Heart Hospital for 63 years. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Slovak Catholic Church. She was a member of the Sacred Heart School of Nursing Alumni Assoc. where she served as a past president and was a member of the Guild of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, where she served as a past president. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors: daughter- Lisa Cope and husband William M. Cope Jr. of Germansville, son-Joseph A. Hafner Jr. and wife Elizabeth of Allentown, grandchildren- Michael and Melissa, great granddaughter- Katie. She was predeceased by her sister- Mary and brothers- Phillip, Michael, John and August.
A calling time will be held Friday, December 9th 9:30-10AM with a Service to follow at 10AM in Kohut Funeral Home, Inc. 950 N. Front St. Allentown, PA 18102. Burial to follow in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery, Whitehall.

Holly Hoffman
Holly A. (McClafferty) Hoffman, 68, of Allentown, passed away November 13, 2022. She was the loving wife of 43 years to Thomas R. Hoffman. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Vivian (Keyser) McClafferty. She worked previously in the library at Cedar Crest College. She enjoyed gardening and watching her soap operas. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors: husband- Thomas Hoffman, a niece and great nephew- Danny. She was predeceased by her sister- Lynn Tonkin.
